A plan for every need

Views track the number of times your video began an engagement with your visitor. Specifically, when the video starts playing, we count that as a video view. Views are not counted uniquely, thus if a user restarts a video session multiple times, they are counted as independent views.

Videos are the interactive videos components which consist of multiple media subcomponents. Think of videos as the folder that contains multiple media clips. The interactive experience enables the user to click and direct to different parts in the video.

Your videos will continue to run and you will be charged for the overages, such as additional views and tokens, as specified by your plan.

Advanced analytics include the additional metrics: View Charts - Charts that breakdown the video view rate over time. In the free plan, only total views are provided. Watch Performance - How long the user has watched the video. Reached Audience - Unique site users that have engaged with the video.

Yes, you won't be charged for future monthly subscription fees and any existing view credits will be valid until the end of your billing cycle. Overage charges will continue to be counted and will be charged at the end of your billing cycle.

If you wish to cancel the entire subscription, you must pay for any accumulated overage charges.

As a customer, you can decide if you wish to pay for any overages manually or automatically.

When paying overages manually, you can top up credits to the maximum monthly available balance. We reserve the right to stop services when any available balances runs out and can collect on negative balances in future payments. The benefits of paying manually are that you know your exact the spend, the credits do not expire, and the credits can be used on any service with a usage fee.

When paying overages automatically, overage fees are totaled and charged on the next billing cycle. The benefits of paying automatically are that you not at risk of having interrupted services and you do not have to track your usage.

Switching from a manual to automatic, and vice versa, can occur at any time. Switching from automatic to manual on the same plan occurs immediately, and may result in the loss of some unused credit, which is forfeited. To prevent this, simply downgrade to a lower plan so the overages reset on the next billing cycle.

Credits are used in the following order

• Expirable Feature Credit
• Non Expirable Credit
• If automatic overage exists, increment overage. Otherwise, freeze services.
